ACTION COALITION OF EQUESTRIANS (ACE) a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization working to preserve and expand the availability of Northern California public trails for equestrian use.

AMERICAN RIVER CONSERVANCY a non-profit organization protecting and enhancing natural habitats in the American River watershed where wildlife can flourish.

AMERICAN RIVER ENDURANCE RIDERS a volunteer organization dedicated to the preservation of the historical trail on the Middle Fork of the American River and the sport of equestrian endurance riding.

AMERICAN RIVER PARKWAY VOLUNTEER EQUESTRIAN TRAIL PATROL rides the 23 miles of the American River Parkway, as well as Gibson Ranch County Park trails, acting as eyes and ears for the County of Sacramento, Department of Regional Parks. The Patrol is a non-profit organization to promote safety in the use of park property and facilities, to create good will, and to assist the general public and County Park employees.

AUBURN STATE RECREATION AREA CANYON KEEPERS a volunteer group promoting healthy recreation by providing assistance and information for visitors to the state park by organizing hikes, conducting trail maintenance, providing guided history walks, and assisting the professional ranger staff.

BACK COUNTRY HORSEMEN OF CALIFORNIA
To improve and promote the use, care and development of California backcountry trails, campsites, streams and meadow. To keep the backcountry trails and forage areas open to horsemen on all public land, and promote public awareness and interest in the historical aspect of horsemen and stock in the backcountry, and to help educate backcountry users on ways to use the trail and forage in a manner that conserves the backcountry resources.

BEAR YUBA LAND TRUST
(formerly the Nevada County Land Trust) is a non-profit, membership-supported group promoting voluntary conservation of our natural, historical and agricultural resources. NCLT exists to create a balance between nature and the needs of the people who make a life and a livelihood here.

BICYCLISTS OF NEVADA COUNTY (BONC) committed to fun rides and better trails, building and improving singletrack, responsible mountain bicycling, preservation and improvement of riding opportunities, cooperation with other interest groups and the education of cyclists and non-cyclists alike.

THE DIVIDE HORSEMEN'S ASSOCIATION
The Divide Horsemen's Association is dedicated to working with the community to develop and maintain new and existing equestrian and hiking trails on the Divide.

FRIENDS OF EL DORADO TRAIL people who want to enjoy beautiful El Dorado County through hiking, biking, and equestrian use from El Dorado Hills to South Lake Tahoe.

EMIGRANT TRAIL CONSERVANCY A non-profit organization that provides advocacy to open, maintain and support the six miles of existing legal easements of the historic Emigrant Trail from Highway 49 to Dog Bar Road in Nevada County.

FOLSOM AUBURN TRAIL RIDERS ACTION COALITION (FATRAC) an official International Mountain Bike Association (IMBA) affiliated bicycle club created to protect, preserve and enjoy the trails you ride.

GEORGETOWN DIVIDE EQUESTRIAN TRAILS FOUNDATION
(formerly the EL DORADO EQUESTRIAN TRAILS FOUNDATION)
The Georgetown Divide Equestrian Trails Foundation (GDETF) was originally started as the El Dorado Equestrian Trails Foundation for the purpose of supporting equestrian and hiking trails on the Georgetown Divide and was incorporated 1987 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

GOLD COUNTRY TRAILS COUNCIL a Nevada County volunteer organization providing non-motorized trails and camps for public use, including construction and maintenance of equestrian campgrounds (such as Skillman Horse Camp and Little Lasier Meadow Horse Camp) and over 100 miles of trails, mainly along the Highway 20 corridor.

LOOMIS BASIN HORSEMEN ASSOCIATION a non-profit information and awareness equestrian group dedicated to the Loomis Basin trails, Loomis Basin Arena, Traylor Ranch and the rural lifestyle.

MEADOW VISTA TRAILS ASSOCIATION dedicated to maintaining and establishing safe walking, running, biking and equestrian trails throughout Meadow Vista, and the neighboring communities of Applegate, Christian Valley, Clipper Gap, Colfax, Eden Valley and Weimar, for the benefit, health and enjoyment of the community while preserving the integrity of the environment.

MOTHER LODE TRAILS - Mother Lode Trails is a local non-profit trail information and resource website. Updated daily, it serves all trail users with trail alerts, links and trail news for Placer, Nevada, El Dorado, Yuba and Sacramento counties.

NORTH FORK AMERICAN RIVER ALLIANCE is a nonprofit organization created to protect and preserve the natural, cultural and historic beauties of the North Fork American River Canyon and to preserve the wild, scenic and cultural heritage within the watershed.

PACIFIC CREST TRAIL ASSOCIATION to protect, preserve and promote the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail as an internationally significant resource for the enjoyment of hikers and equestrians, and for the value that wild and scenic lands provide to all people.

PARK WATCH REPORT a trail incident and trail maintenance website that forwards reports to the responsible land manager while collecting data for trail planning and policy. Now available for phones and tablets on Google Play and iTunes as parkwatchreport.

PLACER COUNTY LAND TRUST works with willing landowners and conservation partners to permanently preserve natural and agricultural lands in Placer County for future generations.

PROTECT THE AMERICAN RIVER CANYONS (PARC) is an Auburn-based grassroots educational group dedicated to the preservation of the wilderness, recreational, cultural, and historical resources of the North and Middles Forks of the American River and its canyons for all to responsibly care for and enjoy.

SACRAMENTO VALLEY CONSERVANCY works to preserve the beauty, character and diversity of the Sacramento Valley landscape by working with citizens, property owners, developers, public agencies and other nonprofit organizations. It preserves dedicated open space by the acceptance of gifts, private purchase, facilitation of public acquisition, conservation easements and by cooperative efforts.

SAVE THE AMERICAN RIVER ASSOCIATION Their mission is to protect and enhance the wildlife habitat, fishery, and recreational resources of the American River Parkway. A volunteer, non-profit group of more than 600 members and Board of Directors work to ensure that the American River Parkway will survive and prosper for the benefit of future generations.

SIERRA BUTTES TRAIL STEWARDSHIP Formed in 2003, the Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship (SBTS) is a volunteer driven 501c3 non-profit whose primary goal is the maintenance and enhancement of the trail systems in Plumas and Sierra Counties.

SIERRA NEVADA ALLIANCE organization is an Alliance of 80 member conservation groups protecting and restoring Sierra lands, water, wildlife and communities over the 400 mile mountain range.

SOUTH YUBA RIVER PARK ASSOCIATION a group whose main purpose is to lead the efforts to restore and re-open the historic bridge at South Yuba River State Park for public use.

SOUTH YUBA RIVER CITIZENS LEAGE (SYRCL) is the leading voice for the protection and restoration of the Yuba River and the Greater Yuba Watershed. SYRCL unites the community to protect and restore the Yuba River. Motivated by our love for this watershed, we advocate powerfully, engage in active stewardship, educate the public, and inspire activism from the Sierra to the sea.

TAHOE RIM TRAIL ASSOCIATION is a volunteer, non-profit organization established to plan, construct, and maintain the Tahoe Rim Trail.

THE WENDELL AND INEZ ROBIE FOUNDATION a private non-profit public benefit corporation dedicated to the acquisition, preservation, maintenance and protection of historic and other trails throughout the Sierra Nevada and foothills of Placer and El Dorado Counties and support of the Robie Equestrian Park as a staging area for trail riding in the High Sierra.

WESTERN STATES TRAIL FOUNDATION a foundation and endowment dedicated to preserving the integrity and heritage of the Western States Trail. 

WESTERN STATES SAFE TRAIL ALLIANCE advocate organizations allied together for preserving the safe and historic use of the Western States Trail.
