As of 8:20 am on November 20, 2016, there has been over 1.5 inches of
cumulative rainfall measured at the Georgetown Ranger Station. This is
sufficient to trigger a wet weather closure of the Rock Creek Trails for
OHVs, bicycles and equestrians. The trails will remain closed until there
has been a 48 hour period of drying weather with the exception of the roads
and trails in the Southern Deer Winter Range Seasonal Closure Area, which
will remain closed until May 2, 2016.
