The U.S. Forest Service is currently working on completing their temporary hiring for the 2019 season (approx. May – October depending on funding). Our Trails Crew, located on the Tahoe National Forest’s Yuba River Ranger District, is currently looking for interested applicants. The duty station is in Camptonville, CA near Bullard Bar Reservoir.
We are responsible for nearly 500 miles of trail with mixed uses such as OHV, horseback riding, mountain biking and hiking recreation across our District.
If you know of anyone who is interested they can create a profile at www.USAJobs.gov - upload a resume and prepare for our upcoming announcement. Usually our announcements are only open a short time so preparing beforehand can be very beneficial.
